No refunds or Exchanges will be given on sale items. Please choose carefully.

 Is the product not what you expected?

Due health and safety we cannot offer returns for adult products due change of mind or dissatisfaction. Adult products include all toys, bondage, novelties, condoms, lubes and oils. Please choose carefully when selecting your product and be sure to check the sizing and colour as we cannot offer exchanges once items have been shipped.

Is your product faulty?

At Tickle me pink we offer only the best quality products, but in some cases our suppliers don’t always get it right. Most Suppliers offer 1 year Warranty, you must register your product with the manufacture to be covered. We will offer a 30 Day Exchange for any products deemed faulty. It covers faults and defects that occur due to manufacturing failure. Damage or faults that occur as a result of misuse, accident, or general wear and tear, are not covered by warranty policy. If your product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with one that is of the same, or similar model. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide a refund.

Before contacting us, you may like to try some basic troubleshooting tips:

If your product is battery operated:

  • Ensure you are using the correct batteries
  • Ensure the batteries have been inserted correctly
  • Try new batteries Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on
  • For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable.

If your product is rechargeable:

  • Ensure the product is fully charged
  • Ensure the light (if any) is illuminating to show the product is connected to the charger
  • Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn on
  • For potential travel lock, if there are multiple buttons, hold them simultaneously for 3-5 seconds to disable. 

In rare circumstances products displayed on our site may be temporarily out of stock with our suppliers. In this case our friendly customer service team will contact you to either hold your order until the item is in stock, offer a similar item, store credit or refund if need be.

We cannot cancel orders already placed. However, if you believe you have made a mistake in choosing your product contact us immediately and orders can be amended before shipping.
